June holds a Masters degree in Nutritional Sciences from San Diego State University and is a registered dietitian. She has been counseling clients on nutritional issues since 1989 with the attitude that nature knows best when it comes to food. Consequently, she recommends only the highest quality whole foods diets and supplements to her clients. Working with carbohydrate-sensitive individuals facing weight issues, hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia, and substance abuse is her current passion. She also provides expert nutritional support for any physical challenge a client may be facing, including menopause, osteoporosis, fatigue, and cancer. She holds the belief that good nutrition has to be present for all forms of medical or holistic treatments to be maximally effective. Ayurvedic principles of body typing and the unique needs of each individual client are also considered before any recommendation is given out. June is also an advanced practitioner of the EMF Balancing Technique, a new system of energy work designed to strengthen the human electromagnetic field. Her life-long backgound as a teacher of meditation and interest in subtle energy work makes her especially qualified to do this work. |
